What are they?

Kinetic energy is energy that is moving, in other words, energy in motion or moving energy. I'm gonna let you in on one of my secrets to remembering  which one is which. Potential energy has the potential move. Which means that the other one must be motion energy, right? Shhhh! Don't tell anyone!
